What's up everyone, I know it been a while and man have I been busy. Between classes and work I have not been able to make and share much content other than whats been posted over on other social media such on my Instagram @ccwithrae and a very few twitter posts. http://steep.ubisoft.com/game/en-US/home/ Steep beta finally went live today, and I just so happened to have been chosen along may others to test the game out. I've been playing the game for about an hour with no complaints other than the constant disconnections from the server, though I feel like it may just be an issue with my network in general considering that my college campus WiFi has been going crazy ever since I came back to school... lets be honest here though even the wired connection sucks. Though back to the game which looks amazing by the way, the mountains are covered in thick mounds of snow with patches of mountain rock and ice patches that you feel through the vibration feedback from the controller. The game consists of walking, Skiing, Paragliding, Snowboarding, and a Wingsuit, which you can use to either free roam or complete challenges for each of the different sports. The is still a lot of the game that I have yet to see and experience so pleas expect

Well not quite, it's just been over a month since i've been back at school and it is still taking forever to settle back into a comfortable pace. Though with the time that i have spent away from my blog here I have had a few moments to play what I would like to share with you all within the next few posts, such as a new Copic marker update, art project updates such as finally showing off a piece that i started the last week of summer and have brought back to school with me to do a time-lapse recording of and much more. So if you haven't heard because you're living under a rock, your parents are hiding it from you or perhaps you just checked out of the world completely, Pokémon Go has been out for some time now. People have been almost shot, killed and have somehow gotten lost (How the hell did they manage - like yo the game uses google maps) playing this game. Like really come on guys get it together. I downloaded the game the same night it came out wanting to play only for the servers to be down and stay down for the majority of that first week of initial playing. Granted it has gotten a little better since then though it still has slow load time when the app first opens and has a tendency of making me sign in again at least once a day. Though the game could use some upgrades like adding in the Trading feature which was shown in the initial trailer before launch, and the option to battle friends, I think the App is off to a good start which could lead to a much better outcome as people

       I was doing so well and yet again I have fallen off from doing updates. Primarily due to the fact that I did not have anything in particular that I wanted to write, as well as a lack in internet connection recently.        Though I have not been posting here I have recently finished editing some photos that I have taken this summer of family this summer and have updated them over on my Flickr account Here . YES! So if you weren't watching the E3 press conference last night you may have missed the announcement that not only is Crash Bandicoot 1 getting a remaster for the PS4. But Crash Bandicoot 2 and Crash Bandicoot: Warped are also getting reboots for the console. The announcement was brief and also hard to catch at the time considering that they went straight into the Skylanders trailer which showed that Crash is also making an appearance in that game as well. It is said that the games still have to be built from the ground up at this point so it will be some time before we actually see the Crash games on the console. Personally I hope that it isn't a long wait, Crash being one of my favorite PSX games as a kid and all, I was told in a chat yesterday on the livestream that if not this holiday season we should see it at the beginning of next year, which isn't bad considering we all know everyone is simply tired of waiting for this game to come out. -Rae June 15th,

Hello there if you didn't know already I have set up my Patreon once again, This time around unfortunately I don't have prints to send out until about mid-Aug. This is the time that I get back to my school dorm at FGCU, which is when I get the chance to pull out all of my printing stuff and make lovely prints for those who subscribed to my Patreon. Even though prints won't be mailed out till then you will all still be receiving linework to color. Here is the reward tiers. It is at the moment a monthly subscription to my Patreon with most of the upcoming pieces being bust character art from comics and shows such as - Spiderman, Deadpool, ThunderCats, Ironman and so on. While I do have milestones and giveaways within them the money primarily goes toward college needs. Hey there and welcome back - Today I am finally talking about my small collection of Copic Markers. 17 copic sketch 18 Copic Ciao I got my first markers two years back during Christmas time - The sets and singles I got that year made up the 17 sketch markers that I have now and my first 6 Ciao markers which were the skin tones. Since then I have bought single Ciao markers that are normally on sale from Joanns Art Supply store in order to expand my collection. I would love to do a better review of the markers at some point on my blog, though I had to leave them in storage for the summer, luckily the building is climate control so I don't have to worry too much about them being ruined while they are there. Lungs So I finished them up finally, though lacking some detail I think on the outer muscle tissue. I did record the process for the coloring of the lungs but have not had the time to edit and trim the video up yet. Aside from that coloring this piece was fairly difficult considering the fact that I did not use a reference the majority of the time while coloring and adding detail. I prefer solid backgrounds like in the first picture though felt the need to change it up to keep the picture from becoming too flat. Hey everyone, in this post I wanna talk about what my blog is all about. Well you should know by now who I am, and if you don't the names Rae and it's nice to meet you. This blog mainly showcases my art, though also on this blog if you haven't already noticed I post about my life, small reviews and also some written pieces that I have made, such as Stories and Poems. I'm very bad at keeping my blog updated during the college semester time so I apologize now in advance, because it is very hard to keep up with posting new content when I have classes to attend and even work at my schools bookstore out side of the homework load that comes with being an art major. Currently I am on summer break and will be posting here more often as I make more art for my store that I plan on re-opening once I get back to campus with my printer in the fall (around mid-aug). So be on the lookout for posts about artwork and videos that get posted onto my Youtube about once a week now. I

So last night I decided to do another heart drawing this time around on my tablet in Paint Tool Sai just for the heck of it. This was my first time drawing the heart completely in a digital setting so I wasn't quite too sure how it would come out. Though after about 3 hours using a pattern that I adopted from a friend of mine this is what I was able to produce.\   All in all I think it came out fairly nicely. Heck yeah,  I got another drawing lined and colored in today and also posted videos over on my Youtube. Though this one in particular I prefered the traditional drawing on paper and the way I colored it with my Prismacolor pencils.  After scanning it into the computer I lined and colored the piece with Paint Tool Sai, Recording was done with HyperCam2 and finally I edited the video with Windows movie Maker .     My family always says that I should get into tattooing and I have thought of it being something that I could get into as something that i wouldn't mind doing in my down time from drawing or doing photography. So I have set up another GoFundMe in hopes to raise the money that I would need to buy this kit  (Tattoo Kit)  which would be nice to start with I think. The morning came way too fast for either one of them, Will hadn't slept well and to little of his knowledge Hannibal had been awake the whole time. "Will.." Hannibal's voice was weak and held hints of fear behind his words, something that Will had never heard in him before. "..someone is coming near." Will perked up and took a listen for foot steps. They were coming toward them from two different directions, his body went rigid with fear as his eyes moved back to Hannibal catching in half lidded dark eyes growing weaker by the moment. He went to put an arm around him to drag him up to his feet only getting a protest in return that was filled with pain but a sturdy command. "Will Go.. get out of here" "No, I-I wont leave you." choking back tears he turned and faced the person coming into view. Will looked like a child who had been caught doing something that he shouldn't. She was just a child, Maybe in her teen years with fair skin

Pushing away all thoughts he leaned in after a few chest compression’s and gave the best effort he could, with pain now seeking back into his face where his own would began to bleed again, the coppery taste of blood setting him on edge as he tried to keep his mind grounded in the moment, trying to make it behave so that he could save Hannibal’s Life. He repeated this over and over, his own breath beginning to stutter and falter with sobs working their way into his throat. “Please.. Hannibal, cough up the water.. and breathe for me” Taking in another big breath and pressing his lips to chilling ones beneath he tried once more only to scared but also filled with a moment of happiness when a cough spit water into his mouth before he could pull away. The older man gasped as he coughed up the remainder of it from his lungs, only to have it stolen from him mid gasp when the younger man crushed their mouths together in a frantic kiss that had him hesitating and flushing red in the face when

Falling from the cliff they held onto each other, not a word said and no fear shown as their eyes met once more before plunging deep into the icy raging waters below. They were together at last and little did they know that the other planned for them to be together should the both survive the fall, yet alone the night. Almost all thoughts escaped Will as a current rushed between the two of them, Hannibal being swept under beginning to drown on water, leaving Will to fight against the water grabbing but not catching an arm until his second try bringing them back to the surface as his eyes frantically searched for the shore just as a down pour of rain began to pick up. "Hann..Hannibal come.. on" Fighting his way to the shore he pulled Hannibal's body into the sand dragging him far enough from the water till he could survey the damage done. Tearing his own shirt from his body he ripped ad tied it together around Hannibal's gun shot wound applying pressure before duck

Well the semester has officially picked up with the first quizzes passing not to long ago, not tho mention the lack of some assignments being given in some classes while others pile them high. I'd have to say though that its not all to bad yet other than it cuts into the time i'd rather be sleeping or posting blog updates for you all. This semester isn't going too bad. I am currently planning to do a post about my Copic Marker collection, though small I would like to post about them. I also want to do a little thing wit the last piece that I drew, about coloring and lining, both traditional and digital. It's been a week and a day, lol. I've been wanting to post but I've been busy and then I got even more distracted now that I have a PS4.. Yup that't right I got a PS4 this past Thursday and like any other gamer i have been playing non-stop considering the fact that it's been like two years since I owned my own console. Its been a few days since my last post, I got rather busy with things at work. Caught up on the passing of Alan Rickman (hitting me right in the child hood). I even got lost under the pile of clothes that are still sorta littering the floor of my tiny room. Not much else has happened other than making a plaster cast of my arm for a class sculpture piece, I managed to straighten my natural hair, and even catch up on some bloody hours of sleep between reading (one hell of a long) Hannigram story that seems like it will never end because I swear every time I take a break the upload another chapter and i'm nowhere close to catching up to the new chapters at the moment. I am currently debating on weather I should make fan-art for Professor Snape and of course for Hannigram (my OTP) as I havent had time to do any work for the line art for my shop. I am going to start up a new thing where I try to blog about each day -  either on the night of, or if missed it will be talked about in the following daily post. So like today, I'm actually sitting in my math class right now learning about factorial notation (boring) wishing that I didn't have to be in here. Most of these things will just be a little overview of what happened, what I did, and serve to keep up with packages and upcoming blogs that I will prepare for in the future for reviews and what not, while also allowing me to tell you all about my day at school. Like a daily Vlog that I hope to actually get in front of the camera at some point and record. Nothing much more to do today other than go to work and then I have another class that runs late.I also have some packages to pick up today, not sure of hat they could be but.. Oh so many things to do - I have decided to open up an online shop 😆 I still have a lot of things that i need to do like finalize a lot of line work and color some pieces before I can open my store front. I was aiming to have my store open by mid/late this moth but due to the fact that I had gone out of town at the last moment, I have pushed back the opening time to the beginning/middle of February. Though enough talk here is some of the pieces that will be offered for prints. Well first of all Happy New Year! Its been a while since I have posted here, and through all hopes of getting back to making regular posts on here i have always failed. I'm not taking down my page but just saying that at time there will not be any post from me on here. The new school semester has started and of course I am still working at the bookstore at my university which seems to take up most of my free time when i'm not trying to find hours for sleep and or doing homework of goofing of with my roommates.  Some things to look forward to are minimal posts, few status updates if you follow my Facebook page. Post that should have been done long ago and small rants about whats going on in my life.
